ap888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. For Malaysian users, accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposit amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements, and withdrawal figures displayed to Malaysian users are expressed in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Currency conversion rates, where applicable to international payment methods such as USDT or BTC, are applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned where possible and may result in account suspension pending investigation. ap888 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified payment methods registered in the account holder's name, in line with our AML obligations. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion. As a general guide, standard welcome bonuses at ap888 carry a wagering requirement of between 10x and 20x the bonus amount. While a bonus balance is active in your account, the maximum stake per bet or game round is capped at RM250 (or currency equivalent). Placing bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.
All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the promotion-specific terms. If not specified, the default validity period is 14 calendar days from the date of the bonus credit. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will be removed from the account without notice.
ap888 reserves the right to void bonuses and withold associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting across multiple accounts, exploitation of promotional mechanics not in the spirit of fair play, systematic low-variance play designed purely to meet wagering requirements rather than genuine entertainment participation, or any pattern of behaviour that ap888, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to constitute abuse of its promotional offerings.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the User except where expressly permitted by ap888's in-play betting cashout feature, where available. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.
Sports betting odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change in real time in response to market movements. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of bet placement, not those displayed at the time of browsing. ap888 operates on a best-odds basis and will not retroactively adjust confirmed odds, whether in the User's favour or otherwise, unless a manifest error has occurred.
In the event of a manifest error in odds or game configuration (including but not limited to odds that are palpably incorrect relative to the true market price, or game malfunctions that produce unintended outcomes), ap888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unambiguous mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as eroneous without requiring specialist knowledge.
All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealer activity where applicable. Game results are final once a round has concluded. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game round. ap888 maintains complete game round logs and will investigate all disputes in good faith.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ap888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

ap888's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure, verified Real Money Balances (excluding any Bonus Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC requirements. ap888 reserves the right to withold funds pending investigation where closure is due to suspected breach of these Terms.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ap888 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned following KYC clearance.
